Budget Car Rental customers in Northern Ireland can now hire a Garmin GPS Satellite Navigation system from £12 per day.
The GPS unit is available for pre-booking at step three of the online booking process or you can request one from the
rental agent at the the time of collecting your car.

The Garmin GPS Satellite Navigation uses the most up to date and detailed street maps and
points of interest, ensuring you have the benefit of quick and accurate navigation to get you
easily to your destination. You can choose to display the colour screen in 3D "birds eye view"
or the 2D "flat mode" which allows you to pan the map around.
The system uses the latest Global Positioning Satellite technology to effortlessly direct you to
your chosen destination. Spoken street names, turn by turn directions and lane assist combine
to make sure you know exactly where you're going well in advance. Automatic re-routing when
you miss a turn or take the wrong exit will have you back on the right road in a flash - handy
when navigating the busy cities and motorways.
Easy to use
The Garmin's user friendly menu and touch screen display provides a stress free driving experience
as possible. An estimated distance and time to destination is given and is usually pretty accurate.
Don't let language be a barrier and just update the language settings as you need to. You can change
the language settings of the GPS should you wish. Battery life is extensive but conveniently you can
charge the GPS through the lighter socket in your rental car.
